Given the complexity surrounding GDPR, we have decided to eliminate anything that fundamentally doesn't matter much and requires your explicit consent to be used.

No analytics, third-party cookies, advertisements, or other trackers.

Some information does transfer through third-party services necessary for our operations, including invoicing, order forms, and payments. We do our best to protect collected data and use it solely for internal administrative purposes.

We do not use cookies.

During ordering, we collect the following data required by law:

• Customer name and phone number
• Date and time of booking
• Date, time, and location of client pick-up
• Email address (for reservation vouchers and invoices)

Reservation management uses Kanev Web Development Limited (registered in England and Wales #8902407). You may create an account or order without data retention, with account deletion available upon request.

Invoicing uses Evoliz services. Payments are processed through STRIPE, SUMUP, or GoCardless depending on the reservation type.

Insofar as we only keep information related to your orders through order forms and invoices, these are subject to our legal obligation to retain records for 10 years after the end of our fiscal year.
